Terms Of Service Summary
Subscriptions & Billing
- Services are billed monthly.
- If you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing cycle (for example, cancel on the 10th and service ends on the last day of that month).
- Fees may include applicable taxes. Late or overdue payments may result in suspension.
Cancellation & Free Trials
- You can cancel at any time.
- Free trials and beta services come as-is with no guarantees or warranties, and neither side has ongoing obligations after the trial ends.
Payments
- We use Stripe to process payments securely.
- We do not store credit card numbers ourselves.
- In the future, payment processors may be changed without advance notice.
Your Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and legal payment details.
- If you sell services using Ninth Series, all customer waivers, warranties, and liabilities are your responsibility, not ours.
- Keep your username and password secure. We are not responsible if your account is compromised due to weak or mishandled credentials.
Custom Services
- Custom or one-off services may be offered under a separate written agreement.
Data & Privacy
- You own your own data.
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Services.
- Data is stored on providers like AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Stripe, and QuickBooks.
- If you want your data deleted, you must request it, otherwise we may retain it for business or legal purposes.
Liability & Limits
- We are not liable for issues caused by misuse of the Services, your customers' activities, or third-party integrations.
Force Majeure
- If something outside our control, such as a natural disaster, internet outage, or government action, disrupts service, we are not responsible for the interruption.
